Business Culture Training

My goal is to offer Indians coming to Germany a foundational training that will ease their entry into German work life and help them succeed in the long term.

In 2015, one of my first projects in Germany was in IT Change Management. It was during this time that I first noticed many Indian professionals struggled to succeed when they first arrived in the country, simply because they lacked a comprehensive orientation or briefing about Germany’s business culture.

The training content draws on my cultural understanding of India, many years of experience working as an Indian in the German corporate world, and lessons learned in how to navigate this environment.
