Priyanka Vieira

I have always worked in the area of Communications in some way, shape or form. Ranging from public relations to due diligence reports, my professional experience has seen a lot of diversity in terms of subject areas as well as locations.

 

I have worked with companies in India, Ireland, the US and the UK, and since 2015 I have worked and lived in Germany. During this time I led multicultural teams and achieved a C1 proficiency in the German language. I am therefore well versed with the local business culture. More to the point, I was born and raised in India, and had my first professional job in the country, so I also understand the differences between the business environments in India and Germany, and the typical pitfalls for Indians who encounter German business culture for the first time.

So, I decided to put my experience to practical use and that led to the foundation of Vieira Communications and Culture. The core focus is to help other Indians navigate their first weeks and months in Germany through a carefully curated business culture training.

Drawing on my extensive communications know-how, VCC also offers communications consulting services for individuals and businesses, as well as moderation and facilitation services for leadership meetings or workshops.

While some may view this variety as distracting, I find that it keeps things fresh and exciting, with very little room to get bored!
